General Residential Landscape Evaluations:
Inspect existing landscape plantings & practices.
Client will receive report outlining conditions related geophysical conditions related to proper plant selections, strengths & weaknesses of overall landscape and current maintenance practices, plant concerns and suggestions for improvements.
Landscape Site Analysis:
Conduct walk through of landscape to study, identify and analyze the basic physical conditions for pre-design.
Client will receive detailed report outlining conditions related to sun/shade, soils, slopes/drainage, wind, microclimates, moisture, focal points, drip zones, utilities and geophysical conditions.
Landscape Design Consultation:
Full 3 step process & experience involving client: questionnaire & conversation(3-4 hours); landscape site analysis and plot plan
Client will receive completed proposed landscape design & presentation
Landscape design consultation does not include installation - if client chooses to proceed beyond concept options for plant purchasing & subcontracting installation can be discussed
Maintenance Plan Guidance/Direction:
Review existing or proposed landscape/design and develop personalized seasonal/annual maintenance plans.
Client will receive a personalized landscape PDF maintenance plan outlining what to do, when, how, why, frequency, and duration of seasonal work.
Plant Identification:
Observe and collect information regarding identification of unknown plants
Client will receive 1 page report outlining identified plant with taxonomy information, origin, growth & care and flowering attributes. Specific cultivar & hybrid is not guaranteed.
Plant Pest & Disease Identification:
Observe & collect information regarding identification of unknown plant health issue.
Client will receive 1 page report outlining suspected issue & causality and suggested practices for improving health.
